Prepaid Clinic Membership Plan

With our prepaid plan, you can afford to have a doctor available when you need one. For a very affordable monthly fee, members can visit Indy Urgent Care as frequently as needed to get healthy and stay healthy. Each visit costs only a low co-pay. Included are basic medical services at our clinic:

• Urgent care.
• Checkups and medical consultations.
• Physical exams.
• Sutures, onsite X-Ray, lab studies & drug screens.
• Other normal primary care needs.

As an Urgent Care clinic, we cover many medical services, but certain treatments are not included. Not included are medications and injections, hospital services, or medical services provided at other locations. Please note that this is not insurance but prepaid access to urgent & primary medical care services for a reduced co-pay per visit.

Faster and Less Costly than the Emergency Room

If you have been visiting an Emergency Room for basic medical care, you know how expensive and slow an ER can be. ER’s must treat patients with life-threatening illnesses first, so other patients with less serious illnesses often wait hours for treatment. Did you know an average ER visit can take up to five to seven hours and cost more than $600.00 - $700.00? An average Urgent Care visit takes about one hour and costs between $100.00 - $150.00. Better yet, members in our prepaid plan pay only a low co-pay. At Indy Urgent Care, we provide fast treatment at very affordable costs.

Prepaid Medical Plan Details

Our prepaid medical plan covers all medical services provided in our clinic including office visits, checkups, sutures, onsite X-Ray and minor fracture splints, laboratory studies, drug screens, and more. The plan monthly membership fee varies depending upon your specific plan. Members can make unlimited visits to our office for a low co-pay. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, checks, and automatic bank drafts for membership fees. Members must sign an authorization form for convenient automatic payment from a credit card, debit card, or bank draft.

If You Have Health Insurance

Indy Urgent Care is a participating provider in most health insurance programs. If you have another health insurance plan, we will file our treatment fees and prepaid membership fees with your insurance provider.
